She Said Sail is a marketplace platform that connects guests with independently owned and operated yachts and licensed captains; we do not own, operate, or control any vessels and are not a charter operator. Listings, pricing, availability, and experiences are provided by boat owners and captains, and while we review listings for quality and clarity, we do not guarantee the performance of any individual provider. Guests are responsible for reviewing listing details and complying with applicable laws, safety requirements, and captain instructions during their booking. Boat owners and captains are responsible for maintaining proper licensing, insurance, vessel condition, and compliance with all applicable regulations. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and She Said Sail is not responsible for payment processing errors outside its control. We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that violate these terms, applicable laws, or platform standards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, She Said Sail is not liable for damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from bookings, use of the platform, or interactions between users. These terms may be updated from time to time and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
